Christmas food around the world!
China: China doesn't really celebrate Christmas since only a few people are Christians in China but what I eat for Christmas in China is Moon Cake!

Christmas Around The World
We are learning about Christmas traditions around the world. Today I learned that in Italy people don't eat and drink that much because it is a special day of prayer! Italy has something like Santa but instead it is a girl and she doesn't have a slay and reindeer, she has a broomstick and she flies around and drops presents like Santa. Her name is Befana.

Don't Let The Pigeon Stay Up Late?
This week punui-o-toka is writing about 3 different pigeon books Don't let the pigeon stay up late, don't let the pigeon drive the buss, the pigeon wants a walrus, and the pigeon needs a bath! This is my writing about don't let the pigeon stay up late!
I think the pigeon should stay up late because….
He will fall asleep eventually and he will learn a big lesson, he will also learn a lesson by being grumpy and tired in the morning.
If he stays up late he could watch TV and learn about birds so he will know more stuff about himself.
I believe that the pigeon should stay up late so he can have a sausage party and he will get tired and sleep really well!

New Zealand Journey Day 7
New Zealand Journey Day 7
The most challenging bit was when I had to make the video on the bonus activity because people kept interrupting and talking. The easiest bit was activity 2 because all I had to do was do something that was relaxing!

Robotics
This term I have been doing Robotics every Tuesday afternoon. We had to learn how to program our robot to move. I started of with some Lego and wheels. I had to build the robot with my buddy Oliver. I had three buddies while I was building. Oliver wasn't here one day so I had to go with Jasmine. Jasmine wasn't here one day so I hat to do it with Jasmines buddy. Then I had to go with a group of 5! Mikayla, Oliver, Jasmine, and Holly was in my group. The most challenging thing was when I had to program the robot to turn it's wheels, I had to do it over and over and over again. The best programmer was Jasmine. The easiest bit is when I had to build it. My group was missing a piece but it didn't effect anything.
